The grades we work with.
A starting point. For full BH curves and temperature-dependent properties, request the materials tables.
Hard magnetic materials
Sintered NdFeB (Neodymium): the highest energy density grades, with options optimized for temperature stability or peak performance.
Sintered SmCo (Samarium Cobalt): chosen when temperature, corrosion, or radiation environments rule out NdFeB.
Sintered Ferrite, Alnico, FeCrCo, and bonded magnets: each with the niche where it's the right answer.
Soft magnetic materials
Soft magnetics for motors, sensors, shielding, and flux-routing applications. Tested in-house against the same instrumentation we use to characterize permanent magnets.
Powder Injection Molding
For shapes too intricate for traditional machining or pressing. Our MIM line covers a working range of metal injection molded materials.
Custom Magnet Request
If you can spec it,
we can quote it.
Geometry, grade, coating, magnetization, volume, target date. Whatever subset you have, send it. We'll fill in the rest with you.
Need something not listed?
If a chart, table, or calculator would help your work, ask. We'll either point you to it or build it.
